      Rated 1 out of 5�by Poor quality photo I have recently purchased MFC-J4620DW printer. Ordinary printing is fine, but when I try to print a photo, the quality is terrible. It is very pale and faded looking and also grainy , no clarity or sharpness. I am SO disappointed. Issue is happening for brother print papers also.I am Sooooooooooooooo disappointed. March 20, 2016
      Rated 4 out of 5�by MFC-J4620DW The J4620 is a good to excellent printer but it does have a shortfall. If it is not used daily or frequently the print heads need to be cleaned. Find this inconvenient when you want to print a document and do not want to stop for maintenance. March 17, 2016
